Board of Directors

  • Meet monthly and as needed to discuss overall operations
  • Support General Manager, staff, members and other committees as needed
  • Prepare and track annual budget.
  • Board Recruitment.
  • General Manager review.

Finance Committee

  • Assist the board, General Manager and treasurer in the preparation of the annual budget.
  • Assist General manager in the preparation of monthly finance statements.
  • Meet as necessary to assess budget status.
  • Review items related to revenue and expenses prior to board review/approval.
  • Make financial recommendations as necessary.

Community Outreach and Education Committee

  • Work with the Education and Outreach Director to plan and facilitate events.
  • Meet monthly and as needed to implement projects.
  • Provide membership services.
  • Suggest, review and implement projecs that will attract new members and provide education and services for the current members.

Newsletter Committee

  • Work with committee chair to produce a quarterly printed newsletter.
  • Meet as necessary to complete newsletter.
  • Perform and provide interviews, articles, photos, etc. for newsletter
