Board of Directors
- Meet monthly and as needed to discuss overall operations
- Support General Manager, staff, members and other committees as needed
- Prepare and track annual budget.
- Board Recruitment.
- General Manager review.
Finance Committee
- Assist the board, General Manager and treasurer in the preparation of the annual budget.
- Assist General manager in the preparation of monthly finance statements.
- Meet as necessary to assess budget status.
- Review items related to revenue and expenses prior to board review/approval.
- Make financial recommendations as necessary.
Community Outreach and Education Committee
- Work with the Education and Outreach Director to plan and facilitate events.
- Meet monthly and as needed to implement projects.
- Provide membership services.
- Suggest, review and implement projecs that will attract new members and provide education and services for the current members.
Newsletter Committee
- Work with committee chair to produce a quarterly printed newsletter.
- Meet as necessary to complete newsletter.
- Perform and provide interviews, articles, photos, etc. for newsletter
